After
a careful selection of grapes, they are picked and laid
on rush matting and left to dry in well-aired rooms
and produce a higher concentration of sugar. They are
crushed in january and february, then left to macerate
for a long time to produce a full-bodied wine rich in
fine tannins and extracts. The wine is then left to
fine in oak barrels to enhance all its features. An
excellent wine for meditation it pairs well with fur
and feather game. Serve at 18° C.
